If you want to be close to the action on the 76 Strip, this is the condo for you. Located in the Thousand Hills golf community, this unit has a fantastic view of the trees and hills nearby from the four seasons room.

There are two large bedrooms, both with King size beds, and two bathrooms. There is also a sleeper sofa in the four seasons room, as well as in the living room, and an additional day bed in the game room which means you can sleep up to 9 people in the unit. At 1,400 square feet, the spaces in this condo are large, especially the living room. Even the kitchen cabinets and closets have lots of room for you to store your pantry items and clothing during your stay.

The dining room has been converted into a game room so you and your guests have lots of room to move around. There is seating for 6 at the counter of the kitchen, as well as a small table for two just outside the kitchen. Two recliners are ready for you to relax in, next to the gas fireplace. You can dine or lounge in the four seasons room, as there is a table and four chairs along with the sleeper sofa. This is a ground floor unit, although there are a few steps at the front door. The four seasons room has a ground floor entry. The unit is located on the 16th hole of the golf course at the tee box.
