There is also a queen sleeper sofa and both bathrooms have whirlpool tubs. The dining table seats four, with room for three more at the kitchen counter. Socially Distanced Spring Break
Perfect location for our 7& 9yo kids right across from the playground. Lots to do if you bring your own volleyball, basketball and fishing poll. Pool was not open yet in April. We were glad to be near enough to Branson activities but far enough to get away from the maskless masses. We enjoyed walking our dog around the lake. The kitchen had the basics for preparing your own meals. Only complaint was the old saggy mattress. My back needs to recover.
Great Getaway
We had a wonderful time and enjoyed Lodge 72 for a calm getaway! We needed a little rest and relax away from home during the Covid craziness and it was perfect! We loved the location and enclosed porch made for a great scene for a late charcuterie board lunch! Thanks Tom for everything!
Amazing Family Vacation
This was just what we needed to get away and relax from our busy lives! Our kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed morning coffee on the back porch overlooking the lake. Such a beautiful location and well maintained. House is quaint and perfect. We will definitely be back!
Family time
The property was great location, clean and comfortable. Because of COVID, we stayed around the property, swimming, fishing and nature walks. Check in was a nightmare- the process at the desk was fine but when we got to our lodge our keys wouldn’t work, nor did the second set and we had to wait in hot temps and humidity while trying these keys and maintenence. I know these things happen, but I think it should have been checked out before our arrival.
This is exactly what we needed! Lake views, calm surroundings and a welcoming home. The cabin was spotless, warm and inviting. Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, I wanted to wipe down switches, knobs and remotes for my own peace of mind. I was pleased to find there were no dirt marks on my cleaning wipes! Our family of 4 had the best time with the onsite fishing, pool, park and walk/run path. I was able to continue my morning runs while on vacation and I felt safe. The kitchen was stocked with essentials to cook (salt, pepper and oil only) and the screened in patio was enjoyed both with a morning coffee and during the evening sounds of nature. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway but also want to be close enough to the Branson strip, this is it. It is roughly three miles in from the main road with A LOT of hills, which offers beautiful views. The resort has a lot to offer! Thanks Tom, we look forward to coming back next year!
