Pet-Friendly Resorts in Branson MO - StoneBridge: Comfort for You and Your Furry Companion

To ensure the comfort, enjoyment, and safety of our guests, staff and your pet, the following policies apply to your pet’s stay:

  • Pet Fee
    • Please be aware that a non-refundable pet fee of $50.00 per pet/per stay will be charged to your account. These fees are to ensure that you and your pet are placed in a pet friendly unit, and also to cover the additional cleaning needed after your stay.
  • Acceptable Pets
    • We welcome all well mannered, dogs, cats, birds and fish under 40 pounds for a single pet or two pets under 25 pounds each. No more than two (2) pets may occupy a unit. All pets must be fully housebroken and well behaved. Your pet must be in an appropriate pet carrier anytime your pet is left alone in your unit. We reserve the right to require immediate removal of any pet that displays dangerous or unacceptable behavior. If we are unable to reach you at the time these issues are reported, we may temporarily move your pet(s) to another location on our resort.
  • Pet-Friendly Areas
    • Your pet(s) is only allowed in the “Pet Friendly” designated unit your pet(s) is registered in. An additional fee of not less than $300.00 will be charged for any pet taken into any unit other than the unit designated below. Pets are prohibited from all pool areas, tennis courts, basketball court, playgrounds or any building other than your designated unit. Guests must clean up after their pets and properly dispose of any waste.
  • Pet Control/Containment in Public Areas
    • Pets must be on a leash any time they are in public areas.
  • Resort Staff
    • If service is needed in your unit, resort staff will only enter your unit if: (a) your pet is not present (b) you are present and can monitor your pet, or (c) your pet is secured in a pet carrier.
  • Damage to Guest Unit/Room
    • You will be liable for any repairs or additional cleaning required as a result of your pet.
  • Release and Indemnification
    • The guest agrees to release, defend, and indemnify StoneBridge Resort and StoneBridge Management Services, LLC, it’s representatives and owners, from any and all claims or damages related to your pet’s stay at StoneBridge Resort, including, but not limited to, any claims by third-parties.
