Cancellation Policies

Reservation can be changed or cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival with a fee of 10% of total stay. No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Age Restrictions

Guest must be 21 years or older in order to make reservations and someone 21 years or older must stay in unit for the duration of the reservation. Violation of this policy may result in immediate cancellation of reservation without refund. A driver’s license and credit card with matching name is required for check-in.

Pets & Service Animals

If you or one of your guest will be accompanied by a pet or service animal, you must notify us at the time of booking to confirm animals are allowed in the unit you have reserved. Additional fees apply for pets, and guest must adhere to terms of pet contract. If pet or service animal is not confirmed at time of booking, reservation is subject to cancellation without refund. If an unapproved animal is taken into the unit, a fee of up to $500 will charged.

  • Guest are allowed 1 pet up to 40lbs or 2 pets up to 25lbs each
  • There is a non-refundable fee of $50 plus tax per pet
  • All pets must be crated anytime they are left alone in the unit.
  • All pets must be leashed while outside of the rented unit
  • Failure to meet these restrictions may result in additional fees.

Check In/Out Procedures

Check in time starts at 4pm.

Check out time is 10am.

The day prior to arrival, you will receive an email to pre-checkin for your reservation. The email will provide check-in instructions, including unit address, Wi-Fi password, door code and Amenity Pass. Door code will not be active until 4pm on day arrival and will no longer work after 10am on day of departure.

Our office hours vary seasonally. However, there is always a manager on call for emergencies. If you have an emergency during your stay, please call 417-332-1373.

Pool Information

There are 3 outdoor pools available for guests to use. Pools are not heated and are open seasonally depending on the weather. Please be aware that we do not provide pool towels. The towels provided in your unit are not permitted to be taken outside of the reserved unit. You must bring your own towels for the pool, lake, etc.


StoneBridge Resort supplies a “starter” pack of paper towels, toilet paper & bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, & soap). StoneBridge Resort does not supply any additional paper towels, toilet paper or bathroom toiletries should you run out. There are a couple of grocery stores within 2 miles of the property if you need additional supplies.

We do not provide any extra towels, sheets or any other linen. The rooms are stocked for the amount of people allowed in the unit. Housekeeping services are available for a fee upon request.


Pack and plays are available for $20 per stay. There is a limited supply therefore it is first come first serve.


Boats, RVs and trailers may not be parked along the street or in front of any unit. Boats, RVs and trailers may be parked in the Clubhouse parking lot with advanced authorization from the StoneBridge Property Owners Association. Call 417-335-7869 to request authorization prior to arrival.
